MEDEX

Medexprim (MEDEX) is a French start-up dedicated to medical research, leader in secure imaging and clinical data extraction. As a Real-World data specialist, Medexprim builds bridges between European academic hospitals, and pharmaceutical, AI and medical device companies. In compliance with the GDPR, Medexprim helps hospitals boost their clinical research strategy and valorize their data, through a suite of software and services designed with and for clinicians. Medexprim is playing an active role in clinical data extraction and curation in major European cancer initiative, such as the Chaimeleon and Primage projects.

Role of institution in the project

Medexprim will be involved in various aspects of the projects, and will be task leader on the following tasks: WP5 task 5.3.1 on data quality and data cleaning, and task 5.4.1 on image-related data and metadata; WP2 task 2.3 on the helpdesk creation.

Throughout the project, Medexprim will provide its expertise and solutions for imaging data extraction, de-identification, curation, and enrichment, and contribute to make EUCAIM become today’s greatest initiative in federating oncological data access in Europe.

Laure Saint-Aubert

Laure Saint-Aubert is Projects Director at Medexprim. Laure joined Medexprim in January 2023. She is involved in on-going European AI4HI projects management such as Primage and Chaimeleon. She also works on product development to insure the services Medexprim offer always address the partners' needs and beyond. She has a background in neuroimaging and clinical research management.

Thomas Trouillard

Thomas Trouillard is Project manager at Medexprim With a strong technical background, Thomas has a 3 years’ experience on European research projects management, including the H2020 Primage and Chaimeleon projects.

Clément Mariage

Clément Mariage is Support & deployment engineer at Medexprim. Clément has been working for three years in the field. His work and expertise call for continuously addressing new challenges.
